You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing and using the content in compliance with the platform rules of Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO or any other service you list on.
No legal or professional advice. ListGenTool does not provide legal, tax or compliance advice. The generated content does not constitute legal documents and carries no warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or legality in any jurisdiction.
Payments. All payments are processed securely by Stripe and PayPal. ListGenTool does not store your payment details. All purchases are final and non-refundable once the download link has been issued.
Intellectual property. You retain full rights to the content generated for your property. ListGenTool grants you a non-exclusive, perpetual licence to use, adapt and distribute the generated content for your own rental business.
Availability. ListGenTool is provided on an "as is" basis. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

Privacy Policy
What we collect. ListGenTool does not require registration and does not collect personal data during the listing generation process. When you generate a listing we temporarily store your property description to produce your documents; this data is not linked to your identity and is not shared with third parties.
Analytics. With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to collect anonymous usage data (pages visited, session duration). IP anonymisation is always enabled. We do not enable Google Signals or ad personalisation. Analytics are only activated after you click Accept in the cookie banner.
Cookies. We use a single localStorage entry to remember your cookie preference. No tracking cookies are set until you accept analytics.
Payments. Payment information is handled entirely by Stripe and PayPal. We never see or store your card number, bank details or billing address. Stripe and PayPal have their own privacy policies which apply to your payment data.
Data retention. Property descriptions submitted through the generator are retained only as long as needed to produce and deliver your documents.
